Our Background
C Care Solutions is headed by five principals.
Andy Gizbert co-founded C Care Solutions in 2003. The firm has grown each year since its inception. As a former partner with Arthur Andersen he led a 20 consultant Channel and Customer Solutions practice in Dallas, Texas. He has provided consulting services to over 35 clients in 6 years at C Care and 9 years at Andersen, ranging in scope from operating model design, functional design, technical architecture development, software selection and implementation. He has served clients in the Telecom, Utility, High Tech, Retail, Manufacturing and Government industries. Additionally, Andy has 14 years in progressive senior line positions with several custom manufacturing businesses. He has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and Masters in Business Administration degree.
Andrea Wetsel co-founded C Care Solutions in 2003 and has provided Customer Solutions consulting services to numerous clients in the Telecom, Information Technology, Retail, Manufacturing, Restaurant, Hospitality and Government industries. Relevant experience ranges from the development of customer strategies to detailed implementations of functional and technical solutions. Prior to joining C Care Solutions, Andrea was a senior manager with BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen. Additionally, Andrea has eight years industry experience in customer service, sales and marketing, including running a franchise business, field sales, merchandising, pricing, and training. She has Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Business Administration.
Blake Murray has provided strategic analysis and management support to the Long-Term Care, Software, and Semi-Conductor industries. Relevant experience includes Strategic Information Systems planning, Organizational Management following mergers and acquisitions, Project Management of large-scale software implementations, analyzing and upgrading Business Intelligence systems, gathering user requirements and providing system documentation, and building Custom-Developed Applications. Blake has Bachelor’s degrees in Business Honors and Management Information Systems.
Deborah Lipscomb is a former CIO and senior manager with Arthur Andersen. She has led systems selection and implementation projects for supply chain systems, retail systems, ERP, and CRM. Deborah has SOX and PCI compliance experience as well as global program management experience. Her industry experience also includes implementing ITIL and process improvements in retail, manufacturing, high tech, and direct sales companies. Deborah has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
